Duties of the Administrator of Elections:
To organize and conduct all federal, state, county and municipal elections for Madison County. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

· Maintaining all voter registration files;

· Conducting voter registration drives;

· Maintaining campaign disclosure records;

· Disseminating & promoting information to the public, the candidates, the voters, and the press in regard to all aspects of the electoral process on all governmental levels.

If you are coming from I-40, take Exit 80 A and go South on the Highway 45 By-Pass.  At the third stop light, turn right onto North Parkway. Then turn right into either the first or second driveway, which is the Madison County Agricultural Complex. It is a group of brown brick buildings. Parking is in the rear. Early Voting is held in the Auditorium building which is located in the center of the complex.  The Auditorium is directly across from the Election Commission Office.  The Auditorium is addressed 309-C.
