STATE REPRESENTATIVE

Tenn. Constitution, Article 3, Section 3, (4 year term)

· Must be a citizen of the U.S. and a citizen of this state for (7) years prior to the election.

· Must be at least (30) years of age

· Must conform to all general qualifications

Tenn. Const., Article 2, Sec. 5(a) & 9, (2 year term)

· Must be a citizen of the United States

· Must be at least (21) years of age

· Must reside in the state for at least (3) years

· Must reside in the county at least (1) year prior to the election

· Must be a registered voter of the district

· Must conform to all general qualifications

Tenn. Constitution, Article 2, Sec. 6(a) & 10, (4 year term)

· Must be a citizen of the United States

· Must be at least (30) years of age

· Must reside in the state for at least (3) years

· Must reside in the county at least (1) year prior to the election and be a registered voter of the district.

· Must conform to all general qualifications
